In this article, we will show you how you can easily add a Teams call to an existing HoloMeeting room
First of all, please make that your administrator has installed the application for your tenant. If this has happened, please follow these steps:
- Schedule a Teams call in your calendar (someone else needs to be invited in order for Teams to generate the "click here to join" link)
- Copy the link contained in "Click here to join the meeting"
- Create a room in the HoloMeeting Backend
- Click on "Add Teams Call" in the top right corner of the room detail view
- Paste the link in the "Add Teams Call" modal and hit save
- As soon as HoloMeeting user enters the room, the bot will join the connected Teams call
