Why can’t I order fewer than 50 devices?
HoloLens 2 has the ability to revolutionise how we collaborate and communicate with each other in a working environment.

We feel that you won’t unlock that potential unless you fully equip your team with enough devices. That’s why we decided to have a minimum of 50 orders per client.
When will I receive my Microsoft HoloLens 2 devices?
Unfortunately, we can’t commit to an exact date at the moment, but we estimate it should be around September 2019.

The good news is that we bundle all our purchases with Microsoft, so we can get ahead in the queue and make sure you receive your devices quicker.
What happens at the end of the 36 month subscription?
You can buy the devices for their residual value, return them or start a new subscription with new devices. It’s completely up to you.


General Terms
Microsoft HoloLens 2™ will be delivered when available.
HoloMeeting License Terms
All Intellectual Property Rights in the Platform shall, as between the parties, be the exclusive property of the Provider.
The Client must not sub-license its right to access and use HoloMeeting or allow any unauthorised person to access or use HoloMeeting.

We will protect the Client’s Confidential Information against unauthorised disclosure by using the same degree of care as it takes to preserve and safeguard its own confidential information of a similar nature, being at least a reasonable degree of care.

In case payments are late for more than one payment obligation, all claims against the purchaser shall fall due immediately. Purchase terms of our customers apply only to the extent that they do not contradict our terms of payment and delivery.

We are entitled to assign the claims arising from our business relationship. The contract is governed by English law.

Customer Confidential Information may be disclosed by Kazendi to its officers, employees, agents, insurers and professional advisers, provided that the recipient is bound in writing to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer Confidential Information disclosed.

Kazendi’s liability in relation to any event or series of related events will not exceed the total amount paid and payable by the Client to the Provider under the Agreement during the 12 month period immediately preceding the event or events giving rise to the claim. 30 days payment terms, monthly invoices.
